With the upcoming implementation of the new NIS Directive (Directive on measures for a high common level of cybersecurity across the Union, NIS-2), additional attention will be paid to security in supply chains. Many affected organizations have already made preparations, but are still waiting for the amendment to the NIS Act. Meanwhile, research is also working at full speed to enable higher security standards.
